Fissmans appears briefly at the end of Mouse Tails: Catholic Prison School Camp., where he is seen staring at Wonder Mouse at a bus station. He speaks Esperanto. In Snospis Eht: Marge's Juice, he asked Maggie for a syringe, and invited her inside for some gin and rainwater. He is good friends with Maggie.

He appears to have elongated arms with sharp edges. In Mouse Tails: Catholic Prison School Camp., he has pale grey skin with red bloodshot eyes, however in the colourised picturesof Snospis Eht: Marges Juice., his skin is a light bronze colour. He speaks in a deep voice.
