Ned Flanders is a neighbor of the Snospis Family. He is Maud's husband.
Description[]
He is a man with a bushy brown mustache and hair, and pale wrinkled skin. He wears a green shirt, and trousers with a brown belt wrapped around it.
He likes frosty chocolate milkshakes.
He may be irresponsible, as he did not turn off his strobe lighting for several days, leaving the Snospis Family sleepless. He is abusive towards his wife Maud and his neighbour, Homer.
To animate Ned in Snospis Eht: Ned, Andywilson92 drew a picture of Ned and created components from the drawing, which he animated with flat polygons[1].
