In Snospis Eht: Christmas Special: Part 01, He is mentioned in the Book of Snospis as being slain, while Mantra Claus grows hungry, and is mentioned again in a few quotes from the Book of Snospis at the end of Snospis Eht: Christmas Special: Part 03

In Snospis Eht: Little Marge:Part 03, Mr. Hitler warned Marge that the wolves come at night because they did not sacrifice enough of their meat to the Jesus-man.

In Snospis Eht: Marges Day: Part 01, He is mentioned in a note stuck to a refrigerator, which mentions that His creatures "shall consume, The meats of all the children of Tyksrr" on the 14th moon of Tyksrr.

In Teapotsenman: Jesus Does'nt Like You, He is mentioned at the end, in which He "does not sleep in iron bridges".

He is based off of Jesus.
The bizarre practices that the Tyksrrians use to worship the Jesus-man might be syncretic practices (or heresies) from their bygone native religion. This might have suggested that Tyksrr was isolated from the rest of the world for a long time, resulting in a gradual distortion of the local Christian faith, to the point that "Tyksrrian Orthodoxy" has become very different.
