9 Spoon King Street is some sort of government law building, probably a revenues hall for collecting taxes paid by citizens.
The Snospis Family have recieved letters in the past from 9 Spoon King Street. One letter was to Bart, saying that he needs to go to the Tyksrr rehabilitation centre. Another letter was for Homer, stating that the government have turned off his gas and electricity as a sanction. However, it does not say what they are sanctioning him for.
